First of all “Come on, come down & relax”.

As a rule, people do not go out of recreational leisure on vacation, but want to recover from work and stress. We would like to encourage our guests to go digital offline once (Digital Detox). We take the first step and have therefore dispensed with television in the guest rooms.

There are no transmitting, - or electricity poles in the immediate vicinity of the house, which contributes to the general well-being and improves the quality of life for us.

There are many things you can do on the island, such as:

Do nothing!!!

Take a blanket or hammock and simply find a quiet place on the premises.

Piscina Natural di Hermigua (seawater pool was created in the ruin of an old fishing)

The pillars, which you can see from the top of the street, have no function anymore, but have not been demolished. They are not an ornament, but for this, bathing in the pool, which is protected by a small cliff, is all the more beautiful. The pool has a swimming depth and the water is constantly replaced by surf water.

The stones are partly slippery, so be careful.

Whether and when you go swimming, you should first of all depend on the weather. If the surf is stronger, it is necessary to make sure that the water goes back to the sea is not pushed to the edge of the pool. Risk of injury.

Mirador de Abrante (Skywalk with magnificent views)

Opened in 2014, glass viewing platform at 600 meters altitude with great views of Tenerife and the Atlantic Ocean.

There is also a restaurant.

Garajonay National Park

Playa de la Caleta

is probably the most beautiful sandy beach on the north coast of La Gomera. In a sheltered bay with a view to the Teide in Tenerife and a length of about 180 meters you can spend beautiful days on the beach.

Bosque del Cedro (Laurel Forest), Sendero a la Ermita, Hermigua

A 6-kilometre round trail through the enchanting laurel forest. There is also a small chapel to discover there.

Valle Gran Rey

the Valley of the Kings is located in the south, western part of the island. Formerly a retreat for exiters, today the more touristic part of the island but still with its own flair.

Oceano Whale watching (Valle Gran Rey) 4h.

gentle and respectful dolphin and whale watching in a wooden boat
